Big Long Lake is a 365-acre lake located in LaGrange County, Indiana, north of the town of Kendallville. It has an average depth of 30 feet and the maximum depth is 82 feet. There are three small inlets to Big Long Lake. Big Long Lake supports a good sport fish population comprised primarily of largemouth bass, bluegill, yellow perch and redear.
Big Long Lake is an all Sport Lake in LaGrange, Indiana. About 7 miles east of LaGrange, Big Long Lake offers a variety of activities and fishing. The name gives it away, this lake is big and long. Many of the homes on this lake sit high above the water offering a birds eye view to take the natural beauty of this water.
